what i believe in...
Providing a holistic approach when coaching girls to live their best lives and achieve their wildest goals, all whilst staying motivated and thriving with the balance that every teen needs.
The primary idea behind receiving life coaching is to gain help and motivate you to implement positive change in areas of your life. These will morph into the skills that you need in order to achieve your goals and live your best life.
My name is Nenah Milne. I'm a 19-year-old girl, born and raised in Christchurch, NZ. I decided to become a Life Coach when I was 17 and started studying towards my diploma for it shortly after. To put it simply, my high school years ruined me (dramatic teen, yes!) and I knew having a Life Coach throughout it all, would've saved me.
Working with me in private, coaching sessions will help you decipher what is really holding you back in all areas of your life so you can transfer to a state where you feel and are your absolute best! Sessions are preferably held in person if you're located in Christchurch, otherwise I use a platform called Zoom (free for you to use) which I find to be the best for hosting sessions.
Workshops are one of my favourite ways to coach! It allows me to interact with more than just one gorgeous girl at a time and is such a powerful, yet fun way to work. I offer workshops in high schools (from smaller classes to whole year groups), clubs and various other organisations. Popular themes I coach in workshops are about managing pressures + anxieties as a teen and gaining self-confidence.
Throughout 2020 I'll be hosting this empowering workshop alongside Nancy Barclay.
This powerful course is designed for both mothers and teenage girls to uncover their true needs, find acceptance for themselves and others, learn how to level up in all aspects of their life, and love their whole-self. Enquire about the date of the next workshop if interested.
"In lack of better words, Nenah and her life coaching has changed my life for the better. Even my friends have commented on my calmer, more productive mindset." - Georgia, 18
